  • Chilly flakes - 2 tablespoon
  • Schezwan sauce - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Minced, flattened ,finely chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 1
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Ajinamoto - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  • Wash the prawns properly and make sure that they are well cleaned.
  • Now marinate them in the chopped garlic, vinegar, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, ginger-garlic paste, chilli flakes, black pepper, ajinamoto and salt for 30 - 60 minutes.
  • Just before cooking the prawns, add the maida and beaten eggs to the marinated prawns. This will add the crispiness to the recipe.
  • Now, heat some refined oil in a non-stick pan for about 20 seconds or so.
  • Now, lay down the marinated prawns softly in the pan with a bit of the thick marinade to ensure that the prawns come out fluffy.
  •  Let them fry evenly on both sides for a minute each, since prawns do not take a long time to cook.
  • Be sure not to over-cook them.
  • Let them cook till crisp and  and a beautiful golden.
  • Serve with dips of your choice !
